Senior Leadership is different. The people side of leadership is different. Decision making, problem solving, communicating and influencing is not the same as it is for front line and emerging leaders. There is a different level of thinking, being and navigating that is required. There are different tools, approaches and techniques that are needed.

I know firsthand what it's like to lead at a senior level - the frustrations, the load and the self-doubt that can creep in. I also know what it feels like to have your leaders engaged and united, to lead yourself and others well, to influence across the broader organisation and to genuinely enjoy the role you want to make a difference in.

Hi, I am Kylie

And I help senior leaders lead themselves, their leaders and the area of the organisation they are responsible for successfully. I've spent over 30 years leading at every level of leadership and over 20 years coaching and facilitating alongside that. I know what the game of leadership feels like on the field and from the sidelines.

I've been trusted by thousands of senior leaders (mid-level to C-Suite) and their organisations to help them develop the skills, mindset and practices needed to fulfil their potential and enjoy the work they do.
